The total stay was extra special on a business trip or rather a family trip. the pool was lovely. - the staff here was extremely friendly. - the hotel room was high quality and beautifully maintained with a balcony.

Apartment 208 on 2nd Floor. Loved the layout of the room and all facilities in them. Kitchenette very well fitted. Lovely with small outside verandah to catch evening sunset over sugar cane while it is still there! Enjoyed freshness of spacious clean rooms and comfortable bed.
Slatted coffee table unsafe for narrow based drinking glasses provided! No hairdryer provided yet?! No teaspoons provided in kitchenette. No electric adaptors provided to plug in bedside lamps on either side. Frameless shower glass leaks onto floor on handbasin side. Check in too slow considering all booking done on line day before. Door to interleading room not soundproof as could hear their football on tv until late! On our departure next morning, Hurt my neck on unmarked small down step as jerked when I misstepped. It's the step leading back out to parking area from lift area on Mezzanine floor as have had surgery on two of my neck vertebrae in October 2012 and didn't need that jerk!

Really enjoyed this hip new hotel: GOOD food and extremely friendly staff. Nice location - short way from everywhere we needed. Plus it was in a tranquil area.
